Hac\u00eda tiempo que ten\u00eda esta idea en la cabeza y hoy por f\u00edn me decido a llevarla a cabo. En este blog tengo o m\u00e1s bien, ten\u00eda, una secci\u00f3n fija que se llamaba \u00abLa Canci\u00f3n del Finde<\/a>\u00ab, donde durante 87 posts he ido compartiendo canciones que o bien me gustan de toda la vida, o las hab\u00eda reci\u00e9n descubierto o eran apropiadas para el momento concreto en que fuera escrito. Tambi\u00e9n suelo escribir en Twitter otros tweets musicales con motivo de la etiqueta #MusicMonday, as\u00ed que me he decidido, como digo, a unificar los dos espacios musicales, el blog y twitter con \u00abLa Canci\u00f3n del Lunes\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Y para empezar, qu\u00e9 mejor modo que aprovechando el reciente \u00abcumplea\u00f1os\u00bb que hubiera sido del Gran Rey Musical, uno de mis favoritos, que aunque ya ha aparecido por este blog, no est\u00e1 de m\u00e1s recuperar sus canciones.<\/p>\n

El pasado viernes hubiera sido el 75\u00ba cumplea\u00f1os de Elvis Presley, as\u00ed que inauguro \u00absolemnemente\u00bb esta nueva secci\u00f3n con un video que me parece un poco, cuando menos, sorprendente, una de las primeras veces que Elvis cant\u00f3 en directo esta canci\u00f3n, en el que se le ve con la \u00abchuleta\u00bb de la letra, e incluso dice que es una nueva canci\u00f3n, Burning Love<\/a>, que posteriormente se convirti\u00f3 en una de las grandes canciones de Elvis:<\/p>\n<\/object>
